Mr. Viraisha Angnoe studied Surinamese law at the Anton de Kom University of Suriname, specializing in civil law. She has been active in the law practice since 2019. In 2021 she made a temporary stop at the ‘Centrum voor Democratie en Rechtspleging’ Foundation in the position of training manager. In that capacity, she paid a working visit to the Netherlands together with the director of the Foundation, the chair and former chair of the Bar Association and the members of the disciplinary board. This working visit was focused on the Twinning project “the sustainable strengthening and advancement of expertise in the chain in lawyer disciplinary law”. In 2022 she made the choice to return to law practice.

Viraisha is very driven and has a positive attitude and is currently a trainee lawyer under the patronage of Mr. E. Naarendorp. She has a strong focus on civil law, including labour law, liability law, contract law and property law.
